We can: fix factual errors in our rules and bet guides, correct a wrong house-edge or odds-payout figure, update casino bonus terms, explain our rating method, vet new operators for the audit pass-list, accept guest features backed by verifiable data, and hear out reader disputes with casinos we've recommended (we'll do our best to escalate).
We can't: sort out individual casino account issues — for that, contact the operator's support directly. We can't reverse declined withdrawals, hand out bonuses, or arbitrate gambling disputes.
